Extent of the personal data processing

Every time our webpages are accessed and a file is opened the following data are stored:

1. General data for use of webpages (logfiles)

Requested URL
IP address
Date and time of the request
If applicable, returned error message
Byte size of the answer

The legal basis for the processing of this information is § 100 TKG (1), i.e. ensuring the correct operation of the website.

2. Data input in a web form

All input of data in a web form is on a voluntary basis. The purposes are stated on the respective web form. The legal basis are article 6 (1) para. a.) (consent) or e.) (processing for the task fulfillment of the University). The associated data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required to process the inquiry.

Passing on user data to a third party

We do not pass on user data to a third party.

Use of cookies

A cookie is only stored on client computers when you select a display mode (switch between dark or light mode).
